SHIPPING POLICY
Omar Macchiavelli will deliver the product only after receiving the payment. Orders ship promptly after printing (1 to 3 work days).
Prints will be send unframed.
The product will be sent as quickly as possible. For national orders please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. International orders can take 2 or 4 weeks to certain countries.
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered. The artist holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address.
On very rare occasions, overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Omar Macchiavelli has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects.
No returns as all prints are custom made.
Any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the products must be notified to us immediately (within 3 days) stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice no.; failure to do so and notify us will deem you to have accepted the products.
